Pack up your Family for an evening out on a self-guided tour. Drive and walk by dozens of the spookiest houses and admire the ghoulish yard displays of St. Charles’ finest home haunters.
Homes are best viewed from dusk until 10pm beginning October 17 through Halloween night.

Contest is open to all residents with a St. Charles address or living within the St. Charles Park District’s boundaries. Entry forms must be completed and returned by Oct. 10, 2025.

2 Judging Nights Oct 17 & 18, 2025 /A Park District Contest Committee will judge all entries except the People’s Choice Award, which is an online voting ballot. One winner will be awarded for each category. For judging guidelines: click here
Award categories include: Best Rookie, Craftiest Creeper, Best Actors, Judges’ Favorite, Eeriest Haunt (without actors), Best Use of Technology and Family Fun. Remember you can vote online for the People’s Choice Award through October 31. VOTE HERE… Starting Oct 17, 2025
