Randall Oaks Zoo
is geared up for our annual Winter Festival! It’s the most magical time of the year! Experience the zoo all dressed up in holiday lights! The zoo is open weekends December 7-8, 14-15, 21-22 | 12:00-8:00 pm
We have decorated the zoo in over 100,000 lights creating the ultimate holiday experience. Enjoy some of our many additional activities that we have going on, check our Facebook page for updates and coupons.
Enjoy holiday lights and decorations around our barns and animals, a bonfire, community tree sponsorships. Event activities are subject to change and are weather dependent.

Sponsor a Tree
Sponsors will decorate a tree, and it will be displayed during Winterfest at Randall Oaks Zoo & Park. Winterfest is a family event that celebrates the magic of the holidays. Enjoy the zoo animals, see the holiday lights and community decorated trees, visit with Santa, and warm up by the bonfire. December is truly a magical time of year to visit Randall Oaks Zoo
All Holiday Tree Sponsors Receive
- One lit tree to decorate.
- A sign featuring your group’s name will be placed next to your tree.
- Recognition in the Zoo newsletter and on the Randall Oaks Zoo Facebook page.
If you would like to sponsor a tree, fill out a sponsorship form by Friday, November 15. Your group or family can come to the Zoo for free on November 23 and 24, from 10:00 am-3:00 pm to decorate your tree! If you can’t come on the weekend to decorate, call (847) 551-4310 to schedule a more convenient time.
Sponsorship Fee: $100
Randall Oaks Zoo is a small family friendly zoo located in West Dundee within a 140 acre park with over 160 different animals. We offer a variety of kid friendly animals for viewing, a walk in petting zoo, and pony rides. Get a chance to see one of our Keeper Talks or Training Demos as well as many other special events throughout the year.
